Manufacture of marine equipment is our main line of business.
Our products are installed on numerous oceangoing ships navigating around the world.
We boast an extensive track record of serving well over 6,500 ships through the provision of the most reliable marine equipment and systems, thus making a name for ourselves worldwide in the maritime industry.
The types of ships we cater to vary widely, ranging from sailing ships, passenger ships, icebreakers for Antarctic research, to various types of merchant ships and workboats.
Recently, we even had our machinery and systems installed on ships associated with offshore development.

Product Outline

Low Pressure Type Deck Machinery

Low pressure type deck machinery has been developed for ships and has many excellent merits like simple construction, low noise, durability, safety, operability, walk-back characteristics, etc.
Therefore, the low pressure type has inspired confidence as deck machinery and cargo winches.
In case of windlasses and mooring winches, oil cooler and management of oil temperature are unnecessary for standard specifications.

Low Pressure Type Deck Machinery

High Pressure Type Deck Machinery

High pressure control hydraulic systems and series lines can be provided.
We have achieved a slack rope speed that is eight times faster through radial piston motors and deck machinery without drain-lines.

High Pressure Type Deck Machinery

Electric Type Deck Machinery

Military vessels and workboats are equipped with the electric type of deck machinery.
This deck machinery prevents flow out troubles for working oil because electric type deck machinery is operated without oil.
We have adopted the inverter control method for electric type deck machinery.
This method has the strengths of speed and operability compared to hydraulic deck machinery.

Electric Type Deck Machinery

We can provide a large variety of deck machinery and options suitable for the customers' service conditions.

Towing/Anchor Handling Winches

Supply vessels are equipped with our deck machinery.
The rig is an offshore oil drilling platform.
Supply vessels are engaged in moving the rig and installing it at a new location.
Following its installation, the vessels will carry out supply operations and other various tasks.
Fukushima equips these supply vessels with towing/anchor handling winches, their primary equipment, and also provides them with a variety of deck machinery designed for use by supply vessels.
